Privacy Policy

Last updated August 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Champs Cleaners (“Champs Cleaners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, schedule a pickup or delivery, or apply for a job with us. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to give us directly, including when you:

  • Contact us through our website forms, by phone, or in person — such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the details of your request.
  • Schedule pickup & delivery — when you book service you may provide your name, address, contact details, and order information. Booking is handled through a third-party scheduling provider (see “Third-party services we use” below).
  • Apply for a job — when you submit an application we collect your name, address, email, phone number, the position(s) you’re interested in, anything you include in your message, and any résumé or documents you upload.

The contact and job application forms on this website are built with Gravity Forms. When you submit one, your responses are stored in our website’s database and emailed to the Champs Cleaners team so we can respond. Please don’t send us sensitive information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information — through our website forms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring website, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies, subject to the choices described below.

Cookies, analytics, and your consent choices

Cookie consent

We use Clym, a third-party consent and privacy-preferences platform, to present our cookie notice and to record and apply your choices. Clym stores your preferences so the site remembers them on later visits, and it signals your choices to our analytics and advertising tags through Google Consent Mode. Where required, non-essential cookies are held back until you consent.

You can review or change your cookie choices at any time by opening the privacy preferences widget on this website — look for the privacy control on the edge of the screen. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (connected through Site Kit by Google) to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, approximate geographic location, and how you arrived at the site. We also record certain interactions so we can see which parts of the site are useful — for example clicking a phone number, requesting directions to a store, starting a pickup booking, or submitting a form. This information is used in aggregate to improve our website and services; we do not use it to try to identify you personally.

Google processes this data in accordance with its own policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by declining analytics cookies in our privacy preferences widget.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how our website performs in Google Search. Search Console provides us with aggregated, non-identifying reports — such as the search terms that lead people to our pages, and how often our pages appear and are clicked. It does not set cookies on our website and does not tell us who you are.

Accessibility preferences

Our website offers accessibility tools that let you adjust how the site is displayed. If you use them, your settings may be stored in your browser so the site can remember them on your next visit.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, schedule, and deliver our dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and related services;
  • Respond to your inquiries, requests, and quotes;
  • Review and respond to job applications;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
  • Understand how visitors use our website so we can make it better;
  • Protect against fraud, spam, and misuse; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

  • Service providers that help us operate — our website host, scheduling and point-of-sale provider, analytics provider, consent-management platform, and mapping provider — who may process information on our behalf.
  • Legal and safety purposes — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Champs Cleaners, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

Third-party services we use

Some features of our website rely on trusted third parties, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

  • Google — Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Site Kit, for website measurement and search performance.
  • Clym — cookie consent, privacy preferences, and accessibility tools.
  • Our scheduling provider — when you schedule a pickup you are directed to an external booking system (currently SMRT) that collects your details and manages your orders under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Mapbox — the maps and store locator on our location pages.
  • Our website host — which stores our website files, form entries, and server logs.

Our website may also link to other sites we do not control, including our social media pages and review listings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their policies.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your requests, consider job applications, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections to our website. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes at any time;
  • Change your cookie and privacy choices using the privacy preferences widget on this website; and
  • Control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws — such as the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
